A Visitor’s Permit is issued upon arrival in Seychelles to individuals traveling for purposes such as holiday, pleasure, business, or visiting friends and family. Eligibility for a Visitor’s Permit requires the applicant to meet the following criteria:
Non-Prohibited Immigrant: The individual must not fall under the category of a prohibited immigrant.
Permit Status: The individual must not hold a valid permit that entitles them to reside in Seychelles.
Valid Travel Tickets: A valid return or onward ticket must be presented for the duration of the visit.
Accommodation: Confirmed accommodation arrangements must be provided.
Financial Support: Sufficient funds to cover the duration of the stay must be demonstrated.
The Visitor’s Permit is initially granted for a stay of up to three months. This permit can be extended for successive periods of up to three months each, to a maximum total duration of twelve months, provided the individual continues to meet the above criteria.

To extend your Visitor’s Permit, you can submit your application through one of the following methods:
The initial Visitor’s Permit is issued free of charge for the first three months.
For extensions beyond the initial three months, a fee of SCR 5,000 is required for each additional three-month period or part thereof.
