The major role of the Enforcement Section is to pursue foreign individuals and their local proxies for non-compliance with the laws and regulations of Immigration.

Upon detection or receiving reports of non-Seychellois nationals carrying out activities which are incompatible with their status, the Enforcement Officers will undertake to establish the facts through investigation and eventually have the culprits penalised.
