The Immigration and Civil Status Customer Service Centre on the ground floor of the Independence House has been designed to better serve locals and visitors in a more open and welcoming space. The Centre offers all immigration, Civil Status and National ID services, from applications and collection of passports, visitor's permits, work permits.

Declaration of births and deaths, issue of birth and death certificates, marriage celebrations for locals and foreigners, sale of stamps, issue of ID Cards.
